We're looking for a Web Developer with 2-3 years of experience, ideally someone comfortable building on Duda and WordPress. The role is focused on static websites built with minimal coding, so hands-on experience with website builders matters more than deep backend development skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client websites primarily on Duda and WordPress, using built-in tools and minimal custom code.

  • Set up page structures, forms, and navigation, and troubleshoot layout or functionality issues as they come up.

  • Customize themes and templates to match brand guidelines and design mockups from the design team.

  • Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and basic on-page SEO elements.

  • Coordinate with designers and marketing team members to turn mockups into working pages.

  • Handle routine maintenance: plugin updates, backups, and fixing broken links or forms.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years working with website builders, with practical experience on Duda and/or WordPress.

  • Comfortable with HTML/CSS for minor customizations, though heavy coding isn't the focus of this role.

  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Attention to detail and ability to match designs closely to spec.

  • Ability to manage multiple client sites and deadlines at once

Preffered Add-ons:

  • Experience with other website builders (Webflow, Wix, Squarespace).

  • Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals.

  • Agency or freelance experience working across multiple clients.

  • Familiarity with GA4 or Google Search Console setup.
